It is designed to comply with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where applicable, other data protection laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • When you use our contact form or email us: your name, email address, brand name and the content of your message.
  • When you book a call: your name, email address, the time slot you choose and any information you add to the booking.
  • When you become a client: contact and billing details, and the information and materials you share for your project (such as brand assets, access to your platforms and content).
  • When you pay for a service or a digital product: your name, email address and order details. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Data collected automatically

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time of visit, collected through our website platform for security, functionality and analytics purposes.
  • Cookie and similar technology data, as described in section 8.

We use your personal data to:

  • respond to your enquiries and schedule calls;
  • prepare proposals and deliver our services;

  • Enquiry and correspondence data: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
  • Client and project data: for the duration of our engagement and up to 24 months after it ends.
  • Invoicing data: for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
  • Cookie data: for the duration stated in our cookie banner or until you delete it.

Data may be kept longer where required to comply with legal obligations or to defend legal claims.

8. Cookies

  • Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics cookies, such as Squarespace Analytics, help us understand how visitors use the website.
  • Advertising cookies, such as the Meta Pixel, help us measure and improve our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

Access credentials you share for your project are used only for that project and removed from our systems when it ends. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through our contact form.

11. Children

Our website and services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
